This article outlines some observations and starts to unpack creativity as a skill(set) for the future, to understand the creative skills ecosystem that can empower creative talent to thrive.

As part of our Skills Mapping for the Creative Industries project, this work argues that by reframing creativity we could uncover the full breadth of our skills and unlock new opportunities and career pathways to help us navigate a rapidly changing landscape of work.
