It is no secret that creative careers are often precarious and unsustainable.
So what is the secret sauce to build a sustainable career in the creative industries? And what are the tools that individuals need to help navigate their careers in the face of sector challenges and the rapidly changing nature of work, now and in the future?
These are questions we are exploring to uncover what it takes, and what’s missing, to build a sustainable and fulfilling career in the creative industries.
It’s the individuals, their talent, skills and passion, that powers the creative industries and the amazing work it produces. But just like the diversity of the creative ecosystem, each individual experience of creative careers is different - which is why we are keen to hear from individuals, in all types of roles and all career stages, about their career journey.
